Sue Ann Gregory has over twenty years of experience as a Texas trial attorney, beginning as a successful criminal prosecutor. She has spent the last sixteen years defending counties and cities, county judges, district attorneys, sheriffs, police officers and other municipal officials in both the trial and appellate courts, and before administrative and state licensing boards civil. She has also served as advisor in a general counsel capacity on employment and labor issues. Ms. Gregory has experience in a broad range of areas including municipal law, governmental defense litigation, civil rights litigation, nuisance abatement, employment and labor law, policy formation and open government. After serving almost twenty years with Bexar County, she continues in private practice with McKamie Krueger and currently provides representation for local government entities in multiple areas of civil litigation, employment and labor law, municipal law, contracts, zoning and planning, economic development, land use and open government. She has written numerous papers and trained hundreds of police officers, supervisors, and correctional officers on civil rights liability.

Ms. Gregory was a member of the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson Law Review and Appellate Moot Court Team, was a legal research assistant and a freshman housing “dorm mom” during law school.

Prior to making her home in Texas, Ms. Gregory represented police officers in labor disputes throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

She has skydived, run throughout Hawaii and has completed one full marathon in Texas. She is an avid supporter of Kinetic Kids which provides athletic events for kids of all abilities.
